For Shop Owners
Ajitama is a community ramen journal — people log the bowls they eat at real shops, including, perhaps, yours. Shop pages are community records of real places; ratings come from real check-ins and can never be bought, by anyone, including us.
Claiming your shop
If you own or manage a shop listed in Ajitama, you can claim it. A verified claim connects your Ajitama account to your shop: your suggested corrections are labeled as the owner's, your own ratings of your shop are excluded from its score (fairness cuts both ways), and claimed shops get first access to our loyalty tools as they roll out.
To claim, email support@ajitamaapp.com with:
- Your shop's name and city
- Your name and role there
- Your Ajitama username (create a free account in the app first)
How we verify: we call your shop's publicly listed phone number — the one on Google or your website, not a number from the email — and ask for you. That's the whole process. It protects your shop from being claimed by someone who isn't you.
What claiming is not
- It does not change your rating — scores come from real diners only, always.
- It is not a paid listing. Claiming is free.
- It does not create a separate account — your normal Ajitama account carries the claim.
Coming for claimed shops
A plug-and-play loyalty program — a printed code by your register, rewards that pay your regulars in ramen for showing up. No hardware, no POS integration, no ads. We'll reach out to claimed shops first.
